EMARF allows you to order wood machining simply by submitting data; the ShopBot® 3-axis CNC router enables the free-form milling of wood; and AI Modeling Tools let you start designing from words or sketches. By seamlessly connecting the design and fabrication processes, we create an environment where anyone—not just experts—can bring their ideas to life.

データを送るだけで木材加工を発注できるEMARF、木材を自在に削り出す3軸CNCルーターShopBot®、言葉やスケッチからデザインを始められるAI Modeling Tools。設計から加工までをなめらかにつなぎ、専門家でなくてもアイデアを形にできる環境を整えます。

Through inquiry-based learning in schools, community workshops, and hands-on support for partner sites, we cultivate an environment where people can grow and develop on their own—rather than merely being taught.

Manufacturing education program (or Monozukuri education program)

Programs that foster resilience through "monozukuri" (hands-on making/craftsmanship), ranging from inquiry-based learning for educational institutions and entrepreneurship education to training for working professionals.

学校法人向けの探求学習からアントレプレナーシップ教育、社会人向け研修など、ものづくりを通じてレジリエンスを醸成するプログラム。

02 Industrialization

Micro sixth-sector industrialization program

This program supports the launch of a localized economic ecosystem where the entire process—from felling and milling to manufacturing and selling—takes place within a single region, utilizing a compact dryer and sawmill to process local timber into usable lumber, and a ShopBot® combined with a design system to craft finished products.

簡易乾燥機と簡易製材機で地元の木を使える材にし、ShopBot®とデザインシステムで製品まで仕上げる。伐る・挽く・つくる・売るが一つの地域で完結する、小さな経済圏の立ち上げを支援するプログラム。

03 EMARF

Digital fabrication tool EMARF

A toolbox for digital fabrication that connects ideas to finished pieces. Start from words or sketches with AI tools (in development), or work with templates, CAD, and CAM. Wherever you begin, it carries you smoothly through to fabrication.

アイデアから加工までをつなぐ、ものづくりのツールボックス。言葉やスケッチから始められる AI ツール(開発中)、テンプレート、CAD、CAM。どの入口から入っても、加工までなめらかにつながる。

04 ShopBot®

Digital woodworking machine ShopBot®

We provide comprehensive support—ranging from the sale of 3-axis CNC routers capable of machining materials such as wood, resin, and light metals with high precision, to post-installation operational assistance.

木材・樹脂・軽金属などがデータ通りに加工できる3軸CNCルーターの販売と導入後活用支援まで広く伴走する。

iti SETOUCHI（プレオープンWS）

iti SETOUCHI Pre-Opening Workshop

iti SETOUCHI is a cultural facility opened in September 2022 in Fukuyama, Hiroshima, renovating the first floor of the former Sogo department store. Furniture-making with people involved in the facility and local residents was carried out continuously before the opening. The chairs, desks, and stalls made then are still used in the facility.

広島県福山市に2022年9月にオープンした、元そごうの1階部分をリノベーションしたカルチャー施設「iti SETOUCHI」。オープン前から、施設に関わる人や地域住民と継続的に家具づくりを行った。この際に制作した椅子、机、屋台は、オープン後も施設で使われている。
