Cloud Pre-Cut Service “EMARF 3.0” Renews Its Website and Launches Renewal Campaigns

Released in May 2020, EMARF is a cloud service that lets you complete the entire process of wooden making online, from design to cutting parts.
By installing EMARF, which extends the functions of CAD (Computer Aided Design) software, you can submit wooden parts online directly from CAD, parts that used to require specialist knowledge or that you gave up on because of cost or lead-time constraints, and make things from home as if you had your own workshop.
The renewed promotional website showcases works created with EMARF, along with images and information such as machining time, machining cost and number of parts. We have also strengthened our support by opening a “free consultation desk” where you can ask about any issues you encounter in the making process.

We will also continue to create opportunities for everyone to enjoy making with EMARF, including on-site workshops where even beginners can have fun experiencing making with EMARF, and, on the My Page available after free registration, an “Introduction Movie” for learning EMARF from scratch and “Starter Kits” that let you make things straight from template data without creating your own.

To celebrate the renewal, VUILD is running two campaigns: a “New Member Registration Campaign,” in which everyone who newly registers receives data for stationery that can be made with EMARF, and an “EMARF Experience Open Lab Campaign,” in which you can experience making with EMARF on site.

● EMARF Experience Open Lab Campaign
To help you experience EMARF more fully, we are opening our workshops so you can see and touch actual works and materials. In addition to watching machining with EMARF, you can consult our staff about furniture design. Whether you have never used EMARF or already use it, feel free to drop by empty-handed.
