Overview
02 Process
The Town Unit consists of modules in three heights—H360, H720, and H1080—that can be stacked and recombined for different settings. Here they were arranged for children to crawl through and climb on.
The venue was Pacifico Yokohama. Units at the heights of a stool, a table, and a high counter for adults were combined into a playground for children.
For the “drawing ema,” 3 mm MDF was cut into shapes resembling shop goods, and the pieces children drew on were fitted back into the offcuts to form a wall artwork.
