プロジェクトの概要
A self-build sauna kit made from local timber
地域の木でつくる、自分で建てられるサウナキット
A sauna kit developed as part of a vacant villa renovation project with LIFULL Co., Ltd. The aim is to add saunas as new lodging content alongside the renovation. It was designed so that buyers can take part in making it.
地域の木でつくる、自分で建てられるサウナキット
株式会社LIFULLとの空き別荘改修プロジェクトの一環で、サウナキットを開発した。改修にあわせ、サウナを新たな宿泊コンテンツとすることを目的としている。購入者自身が制作に関われる設計とした。

Local timber is used for the interior and exterior.

Materials were produced by Miya Seizaisho.

材料製作は宮製材所が担当した。

Construction Process
施工プロセス

Using 3D models and ShopBot machining, the design can be modified, and the timber joinery was turned into a kit so that users can build it themselves.

VUILD PlaceLab handled design and construction, developing the kit from April to September 2022.

施工プロセス

3DモデルとShopBot加工により、形状を変更できる設計とし、木組みをキット化して利用者による施工を可能にした。

設計・施工はVUILD PlaceLabが担当し、2022年4月から9月にかけて開発した。
