02 プロセス
建主は森での木材の伐採や、ShopBotの組み立てにも参加した。無垢材は構造材から仕上げ材まですべて岡崎市産材とし、市内のShopBotで加工した。3カ月の施工期間に延べ80人以上が参加した。
The clients also took part in felling timber in the forest and assembling the ShopBot. All solid wood, from structure to finishes, is from Okazaki and was machined on a ShopBot in the city. More than 80 people in total took part over the three-month construction period.
基礎は単管を打ち込むスパイクフレーム工法とし、軟弱地盤に対応するため、地盤沈下時にジャッキアップできる機構を組み込んだ。延焼ラインにかかるため外壁にサイディングを張って防火構造とし、その上をラタンで仕上げた。
断面図は、単管杭と調整支柱からなるスパイクフレーム基礎の上に、鉄骨土台と木土台を重ねて床を組む構成を示している。
The foundation uses the Spike Frame method with driven steel pipes, incorporating a mechanism to jack it up if the soft ground settles. Because the site falls within a fire-spread line, siding was applied to the exterior for fire protection and finished with rattan.
The sections show the floor built up on a steel sill and a timber sill, resting on a Spike Frame foundation of steel pipe piles and adjustable posts.
