Serendie Street Yokohama Tea Room

A tea room for Serendie Street Yokohama, a co-creation space operated by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation where diverse people from inside and outside the company gather. The design is based on a motif created by breaking down and reassembling the letter “S,” the initial of the space’s name. Digital fabrication was used to create a tea room that combines physical closeness with visual openness.
