草原のようなオフィススケープを、可変する動的な壁と表裏をもつ静的な壁で

A meadow-like officescape created with movable, dynamic walls and two-sided, static walls

都内にある共創型デザインファームの新オフィス。原状回復が必要な15m四方のビルの1室を、躯体工事を最小限に抑えて改修した。求められた4種類の場を、可動する壁と表裏を持つ固定の壁の2種類で緩やかに区切り、相互につながる構成とした。プロジェクトの状況に応じて空間を変えていける計画としている。

A new office for a co-creative design firm in Tokyo. A 15 m square room in a building requiring restoration at the end of the lease was renovated with minimal structural work. The four types of places required were loosely divided and connected by two kinds of walls: movable walls and fixed double-sided walls. The plan allows the space to change according to the state of projects.

求められた場は「プロジェクト共創」「オンライン発信可能な会議」「リラックス」「個人集中」の4つである。中央には遮音性の高い会議スペースを内側に、階段状のボックスを外側に配置し、その構造は『まれびとの家』と『屋久島地杉のパビリオン』の構法を組み合わせた。

Completion Photos

The four places required were for project co-creation, meetings with online broadcasting, relaxation, and individual focus. At the center, a soundproof meeting space is placed inside and stepped boxes outside, with a structure combining the construction methods of Marebito House and the Yakushima Cedar Pavilion.

共創スペースには、高さ1.8mのシザー機構で伸縮・連結・分離ができる有孔の楕円形パーティションを9台設置した。

Construction Process

The co-creation space has nine perforated elliptical partitions, 1.8 m tall, with a scissor mechanism that allows them to extend, connect, and separate.
